Christmas at White Sulphur Springs

Can you see Elise's feet? She made herself comfortable listening to a Bible story. Did you notice from the prior picture that she has on a skirt? yeah. Robert! On Christmas Eve, FaithLyn lost a tooth trying to get a bottle of lotion opened.....with her teeth.

Luckily, her tooth was already loose!

Mrs. Katie Chandler! Our sweet hostess. Ummm...David, scary!
Mr. Chandler! (they were about to carve the Christmas turkey's)
ALMOST everyone was looking at the camera and this was the 2nd shot!
Christmas morning 2008.

We had such a great visit to the Springs! The speaker was great, the food was great, and the fellowship was so good for the soul! We had LOTS of late nights and so many good conversations! It was so good to get back to see everyone. We were having so much fun that we forgot to take pictures. We didn't get any pictures of our caroling trip in the cove. We didn't get any pictures of tea at Miskies house. We have no pictures of the open house at Clay and Marty's. None of us enjoying ourselves at the Fisher House. No pictures of Chandra and the boys! No pictures of the Manger Scene at the Horse Barn....Wait, we were the manger scene! It was great to fill in again. Judson had a lot of fun too. We all joked that he was a little closer to the age of Jesus when the Wise Men actually did find him!
Despite our lack of photo documentation we had such a great time! It was just what we needed to gear up for a new year of ministry!

Is it Too Late to Say Happy New Year?

The semi-annual BFamily cookie decorating contest:
The first ever Cookie Series By Daniel B

The Top Three
My winners. I think maybe I was a little too vocal about wanting to win this year.
A walk at the beach. VA Beach, VA
This Little Man LOVED the beach!

Elise was climbing on Dan........again.
We got to ride bikes to the end of the boardwalk all by ourselves.
This is what we had to stop to see......Brrr!

Silly boys!
This was the highlight of present opening for this Momma's Heart:
Here is Elise opening her special present from Momma and Daddy.
This was her first reaction. Here they are, Best Friends!
This is the great park near Mimi and PopPop's house. It was a Beautiful day!

Here are the few pics I got at the aquarium.

This was Judson's favorite part. He just liked splashing in the water.

Ewww...Slimy!

I CAN NOT believe I didn't get one single picture of Ellen and Seth!! Well, I was planning to have plenty of battery and a few more days. We got to spend New Year's Eve at David and Ellen's cozy new home! I so wish I had at least one picture of their sunny living area! It was so warm and inviting. It made me want to climb in the rocking chair and curl up with a good book. It was a great trip, we are so glad we did it, but I am not sure it will be happening again any time soon.
